Airport Transfers
AB Green’s fleet is available for airport transfers to all of São Paulo’s, Rio de Janeiro’s and Brasília’s airports, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Booking an airport transfer is straightforward, you can call us send an e-mail or book online.
Controllers at central office monitor the Brazilian Airport Authority (Infraero) website to check for flight delays, and will send your car to arrive at the airport approximately 30 minutes before your flight is due to land.
When you arrive back in the airport, your driver will be waiting in a designated area in arrivals, with a sign with your name on, to escort you to your car.
Our driver driver will also be pleased to assist you with your luggage.

Groups and Events
Our dedicated and highly experienced event management team, work closely with clients to plan a bespoke package for their events. Each and every event is coordinated by a dedicated member of the team who manages all aspects of the project to ensure that any special requirements are catered for.
Before any event, our team will visit the client to discuss specific requirements and introduce their dedicated event manager. We will discuss the booking process, vehicle types available, name boards, any special instructions and the procedures we will place to help the event run smoothly.
Onsite coordinators attend each event to ensure that drivers are parked in the correct areas and to guide passengers to their allocated car.
Invariably, as with any event, last minute changes can and do arise. However, the AB Green event team is on hand 24 hours a day to ensure that any amendments are actioned and accommodated for with the minimum of fuss. The AB Green event team has managed the transportation requirements of some of São Paulo’s most prestigious events over the past year, including the supply of X cars for the annual conference of a major multinational.
